My bean plugs arrived looking very healthy. We potted them up and watered them, but they have wilted and shrivelled. Any suggestions as to what we could possibly have done?
Have they been out in the sun today? Also did u water from the roots? Babys like to be fed underneath.( pots to sit in a tray of water?)
If not they may just need to settle for a few days. Make sure u take pictures and if they still don't look any better by Wednesday id say to just message T&M and let them know. They are really good in helping or replacing plants if there not in good condition.

Why, when I spoke to "MICHEAL" at customer service on: 19 March 2019 who said he would action my refund - that i received an email FOUR days later that my item is being dispatched and my money HASN'T been refunded to me which is my legal right?

Mahonia Charity/ when is best time to plant or buy this bush?
Hi Audrey, we have a wide range of Mahonias available to purchase in 9cm and 13cm pots which larger sizes available for particular varieties. They give you a date when you put in your order and in my experience the plants arrive by thar date at the latest.

I have been on hd for 7+ mins on at least 5 occasions and never get replies to e-mails enquiring about my orxers.

I'd recommend phoning the company again and calmly explaining the issue you have
Why can you not order things on their website- the search button doesn't seem to do anything
Works for me.it must be a problem local to your computer. The easiest way to fix might be to simply turn off and on again. If that doesn't work I would clear the cache (use Google to see how) or use a different browser(e.g. Chrome or internet explorer)
