Avoid like the plague.We spent just under £40 on plants. Only 25% survived. Two emails sent to customer services without reply. Phoneline down due to the amount of email traffic they were receiving. The company is an absolute joke. Feel like we’ve been scammed.
Plants take forever to arrive. When they do arrive they are mostly dead. Promised refunds fail to appear. This is no way to run a business. Other gardening companies we have ordered from have managed to deliver on time and with a quality product. Don’t waste you money or time with Thompson & Morgan.
