What is best time for public swimming I am retired and wondered what time is best and the price
Morning 6.30 til 9 every day almost best time to go
Are the yogalates classes good for beginners? And do they provide the mats?

Following the Christmas/New Year break,can you please advise if swimming lessons on Saturday morning re-commence on the 5th or the 12th January 2019?
