I have read negative reviews which make me worried. The only reason to buy travel insurance is to have a peace of mind in case of any emergency and i do not find any review that says claim was done smoothly. Please advise.
Hi Abdul, Thanks for getting in contact. Sometimes claims are rejected, but this is generally when people have not adhered to our terms and conditions. Make sure that you carefully read through the terms and conditions when buying from a travel insurance company (any, not just us). If you are unsure about anything in our terms and conditions then please feel free to give our customer services a call and they will be able to explain this in further detail.
I just checked my credit card transactions for February 2020 and I paid for travel insurance through TopDog. Our flights to US have been cancelled. How do I get to speak to someone from Top Dog?
