Sorry to hear refund has not come through for you. Our holiday was to the Amalfi coast back in late April. Had to wait until Foreign office made it official no travel to Italy at that stage of pandemic. Travelsphere phoned making offer, then sent letter giving further offers and trying to hold of paying until July. I wrote to say I was not interested in holiday next year and requested full refund. I'm member of Which so sent them copy so that may have had influence. Did receive full refund in about June time including extra payments I made for parking and overnight stop at Gatwick. Only snag I had was it was paid back to my credit card account and not my bank.. This was because I had paid by credit card. My credit card balance was quite high for a while. Has yours gone to your credit card account?

At present the free VIP transfer service is only available on long haul holidays and is based upon 2 passengers travelling together within 100 miles of UK departure airport.
