I have been waiting 2 months now waiting on someone to call me,
No body has called, I don’t like that this is the only service that I can go to …

Hardly ever answer the phone. Never get promised call backs. Tell u off for missing appointments that u were never told about. Reduces users medication without telling them. Got 1 star cos I had to give a star to comment. Really shouldn’t be called a support group, no communication

I just want to take the chance to say thank you for everyone at Turning Point who have helped me over the past year, Diane and Diloesh and everyone at the pre rehab team. I’m so excited about starting my life again and can’t wait to get started. Thank you
