I have purchased a Clarity single ended bath but as no sales person told me that your baths are 14inches across the bottom instead of the usual 16inches, I cannot use this bath and wish to return it, however the returns procedure form keeps telling me that the order number that you gave me in your email to me, is not correct, So I cannot proceed with the form. I cannot get anybody to talk to me. Do I have to go to the length of turning up in Liverpool showroom to initiate proceedings or will one of your customer services people help me? Jane Von HHaag

We live in wales and I ordered from victorian plumbing a full bathroom suite including shower. They were absolutely brilliant. They contact you about your order and then contact you when you will receive it. I have always used them and never had any problems. I hope this helps.

You have to go back and forth via email or using their rediculous online chat feature. But complaining won't get you anywhere this place has No customer service, a no compensation policy and just dfont care once they have your money.
