Terrible service, would not use them again, Volvo need to train there salesmen to much better standards.
The car is great and we are very please with it though.
Agreed I turned up for the handover of new car and nobody had paperwork prepared Shambles
Why is there no answer after 8am on a weekday morning and the recorded message just goes on and on repeating itself with no opportunity to leave a message as instructed?
This is poor service.
I would like to bring in my Volvo V70. It's automatic and of late it has started to snap forward , apparently it requires gear box fluid,
I'm hoping this is something you can do?
