Why is communicating with this hospital so utterly difficult. It is NOT acceptable to have to ring many many times and wait for over an hour to find out about a distant close relative who has been admitted.
4th July 2021 ... And it is no better. Why is there no one to answer a phone? I too am trying to find out about my sister (I live in Somerset). Local relatives and a friend have been trying to get information too and getting very frustrated. What the ****** is going on???
