Truly awful experience, rude sister on A&E an even ruder doctor who was so far up himself he may never see daylight again. I get they are overwhelmed, I get they are understaffed but care & compassion has left the building.

Every time I bring someone here I am appalled at the obvious poor management. On the most recent occasion the mens toilet was in a terrible state. Floor flooded, panels hanging off the wall with filth behind. No wonder they keep apologising for deaths, they can’t even maintain the building in safe and clean state.

I give 3 stars only because the staff was hard working. But not more. Long waiting and car park price is too high. I believe it is a disgrace that car park has to be so expensive considering that I go to hospital because I need and not because is optional.
