Good choice of affordable clothing

Medium-sized and easy to navigate Zara store. It tends to be very busy at weekends but the staff do a good job of keeping it tidy. Likewise the queue to pay is usually quite long but the staff do their best to keep it moving. Have waited up to 10 minutes to be served on Saturrday afternoon. Great location!

My worst experience with Zara.

1. Rude staff in women changing room …

30 minutes in the queue to return a pair of trousers. Awful customer service, not enough people at the tills, I told the lady who served me and couldn’t care less. Not even apologies for the wait… nothing. It’s shameful. If enough of us complain, they should do something about it. I don’t understand how we put up with this.

I was in the shop yesterday, had only one item to buy and it took me about 15/20 mins to get to the tills. That shop is seriously understaffed and people who work there have no intention of rushing. The queue for the tills was massive, at …
