Decent selection of trainers & tracksuits & very helpful staff

I needed help and this girl from the staff simply ignored when I asked her for help.
Would give 0 stars instead. Very bad customer service.

Absolute worst. Having paid for two items the woman cashier only packed 1 and it wasn’t until I got home that I realised. I don’t live in the Ealing area but now have to trek it back here to hopefully get the TShirt in the same size or a refund.

Was super busy and still made the effort to be friendly and apologised for any delay which certainly wasn’t their fault. Good team.

seriously bad experience shopping here, manager and staffs are untrained to handle queries and helping customers and they are quick send people to shop next door instead of looking after their own sales.
