Aberdeenshire council are useless. Bins never emptied around Fyvie, in any weather. Demanding residents to wash everything, fold everything nicely, carry bins right to the truck to main roads, don’t recycle 9 out of 10 usually recycling items, and they still not gonna empty your bins.
