I reported a damaged lid on my green Bin. It’s almost a month since I made the request but nothing has been as of yet. I only receive emails saying that they are sorry and keep telling me that someone was assigned to do the job. I had left the bin accessible as they had asked me to but to no avail. Disappointing!!

The binmen need to be more careful, take responsibility for their actions and damage. It’s absolutely disgusting the way their “team” back each other up. I’m having to pay out hundreds to fix the damage they caused to my car! Insurance management were helpful though!

Spoke to a lovely lady in waste collection yesterday. Couldnt have been more clear and helpful! Think her name was Katherine!

Some of the most surly, miserable people I’ve spoken to. Cannot believe just how rude and unwilling to help the lady I spoke to was. I couldn’t find my customer reference number and all I could hear was her huffing down the phone, as if she’s doing me a favour rather than her actual paid job. Not a please or thank you.

Their workers who trim hedges back on their highways damaged my car. They don’t want to know. You pay hundres in car tax & thousands in council tax, yet they refuse to pay anything out, even when they are at fault.

Well thought I would share my experience… I thought the team at BDC were very, very helpful and a lovely bunch of people. Answered all of my questions thoroughly. Give credit where credit is due! Thank you BDC.

I phoned last Thursday when my green bin and recycling bags were not picked up. I was told that it would be sorted. It is now Wednesday and still not sorted.

Not to impressed with the way I was spoken to on the phone this morning after ringing you about the £251 you took from my account instead of the £38 you should have took for Council tax… I’ve done a formal complaint!!!
