I rent a beautiful house from SYHA after doing a mutual exchange from a council house. When ever i have contacted SYHA, they have been friendly and helpful . The house is well maintained and SYHA have done the 2 repairs i have had with no issues. So far I highly recommend

Really helped us out with a friend when he needed it. They don’t have a lot of power to work with, but they do their best and they work damn hard.

Trevor and the team have done a lot to help my son despite some serious let downs by social services. Can’t thank them enough, they have gone above and beyond.

Refuse to fix a leaky roof, over charge rent and generally refuse to meet their responsibilities. Terrible landlord.
