Kent County Council reviews

Due to all this bad weather we have all had my wife hit a pot hole. Quite a bit of damage done. Told to put a claim in which we did. reported the hole to them. We finally received an email today refusing to uphold the claim. Disgusting service from a council.

Impossible to get ahold of. They do not answer the phones!! Have been trying to get in contact with them for weeks in order to pay our wedding ceremony fee but they refuse to get back to us….it’s incredibly stressful! …

Badly run county council that does not invest in local highways or infrastructure. Does not clear trees from the paths and highways and yet take 2/3rds of people’s money for Council Tax. I wish I lived in a Unitary authority as it would be much better for people and council tax payers.

This Council is a complete shambles. If you need to confirm the time and location of an inquest into your loved ones death, goodluck! the phones are never answered and the number on their facebook page will take you to a restaurant in LONDON!!??? If I were this stupid in my job, I would most definitely be fired.
