My maternity experience was great. The Sonographer who did my anamoly scan was amazing and v comforting lady.. forgot her name- Ms. Rebecca (not sure). Had overall great experience.

I can’t thank the staff in day surgery enough. Yesterday (13/06/23) we was waiting for transport to bring us home to Basingstoke which never turned up!! So the 2 nurses who stayed with us tell 7-30pm got us a taxi home which the hospital paid for. Just wished I knew the 2 nurses names? Thank you to all the staff in day surgery

I rarely use the health service and I had to make a routine one on Monday. I was made to feel that I was wasting the docs time. Receptionists always seem a tad bit rude and you will have to wait a good few weeks for an appointment. Yet to find a good doctor there.

A wonderful experience today bringing my 91-year-old mother for a DEXA scan today. She has severe dementia, and the radiographer was perfect with her – kind, empathetic and knew exactly how to make her feel relaxed and safe. Thank you

Lack of ability to see ill patients – cannot really call themselves a hospital as the receptionist actually told us they don’t have any doctors there! Only a couple of nurses ! That is not a hospital ! …

Efficient, staff kind, clean, easy to locate required department. Can not fault it. A true jewel in the NHS crown.

Great community hospital with visiting consultants from wider NHS at site. Useful for blood tests too. Very good in my view. Staff polite and friendly. Its not an A and E so many here ignorant of how the NHS system works.

Why on earth would the minor injuries unit close at midday on a Sunday?… Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age. Had to take our daughter with a broken wrist all the way to Basingstoke…

We went here for our first baby scan. The experience was generally good, was seen within 10 minutes of our appointment time and it didn’t take long. I’m not however impressed that we could not take our own pics/vids of the scan. …

Just visiting a relative but hospital s3m efficient.

Excellent community care, free disabled parking. Instead of travelling to Winchester or Salisbury you can be seen in outpatients here if your mobility is severely restricted

To the people that have moaned or complained about this hospital give it a rest will you ,i sure they do there very best just like the rest of nhs hospitals, you people that moan should take a look and see what is going on in the world 🌎

Nothing bad about this place despite what others say. Their opinion is based on impatience and ignorance. MIU has very good staff and will take care of you, how do I know? I work here! Couldn’t ask for better practioners..

Very friendly staff, and most doctors and nurses too, there are still a couple of consultants that just about do their job, and only one that doesn’t manage and is very rude with it!

Turned up at 4.20 to an empty room. Apparently won’t see me after 4.15 if a doctor referral? should be made clear on website!

Poor service from the reception desks. To busy socialising to attend to people checking in. Jobs worth. Do not object to waiting but detest being ignored.

So having used online guidance I was made to feel like an idiot for rocking up at the Unit with something listed in the guidance. Please update your online profile- we’re busy and desperate for help when we turn up.

I like the physio department. The reception is friendly, professional and effective in dealing with my problems. The staff are caring and helpful

Recent Cataract Operation at this Hospital Day Surgery Unit I could not have received better care, wonderful Staff and all very efficient and caring, highly reccomended !!

A great asset to the town. Without it we’d have to travel 15-20 miles for hospital treatment.

Nearly one hour and half wait in emergency waiting room and staff don’t care they are just chatting

Out hours Dr Cole was amazing, caring and very helpful
