Disgusting. This housing association is full of unscrupulous con artists. There is no other way to describe them. They should be closed down.
They take advantage of the vulnerable tenants they are meant to be helping. They charge a service charge for things you are not even using.

They are a disgusting housing association. My mother and disabled sister have been without heating for 7 weeks and they have still not sorted it. My mother has multiple health issues and has become so ill being left in a freezing house

Honestly, one of the worst housing association I’ve ever come across. The customer service and the repair service is one of the worst. Considering this is a housing association that supports vulnerable and disabled tenants the service and professionalism is questionable.

I don’t even think they deserve 1 star. I have been complaining about water leakage for 6yrs and they still have done nothing about it.
