Renewed repair policy is a joke – pretty much all common repairs now fall on the tenants. If you kick up enough of a fuss like some neighbours do, you can twist THCH’s arm to fix something but most of the time you’re left to pay out hundreds to fix the property of this greedy organisation.

These days it takes 30-40 minutes to get connected. Through the telephone you will receive poor service. They have inexperienced staff who has very little knowledge about their services.
