Not a warehouse, it’s a beautiful showroom on many levels full of beautiful home furnishings for every taste and price range.

Had fish cakes today. Very disappointing. Dry and mainly potato. Advertised as containing mature cheddar but no hint of cheese. Accompanying salad was very unimaginative. A lot of leaves with a couple of slivers of cucumber and four pieces of tomato which were all soft. Not what I would have expected.

Last bastion of well thought out customer service and devolvement of power to front line staff. We had a problem with our sofa 2.5 years after purchase, we were dealt with at every contact point as if we were spending vast sums rather than moaning. The end to end service is second to non, faceless corporations should look and learn.

This place never been inside and had a look around the place…only drive pass it…wen in Macclesfield ok…some point will go there to look around the place…

Nice furniture if you’re 6’9” tall, nearly everything is subject to the latest fashion for ‘look how big is our sofa’.

Staff always go above & beyond – so kind we were managing our baby & trying to have lunch & they very kindly asked if they could keep it warm whilst we tag teamed eating. The food is always of a really high standard & incredibly efficient. Always a treat & can’t recommend enough.

Just come out of aright bianchi after having a bad experience ordered egg sandwich it looked lovely until I saw hairs in it. Called waitress over she just took it back nobody has apologised. When I mentioned this when paying rest of the bill she had the audacity to say Well its been taken off your bill!!!

Huge warehouse furniture shop over many floors. Great for providing current ideas on interior design and great furniture. We also visited the very popular cafe for coffee and cakes. It’s not a bargain basement operation but worth a visit out for inspirational ideas and to check out the latest stock.
