Had such a great experience yesterday at the store. The service from Mavra was 10/10. She was kind and patient while my friend chose her birthday bag. She gave lovely birthday card as well with the bag. I 100% will be going back to this Chanel branch for future purchases.

Best customer service I have ever received from a Chanel boutique. I was wanting to try out some of the bag styles that Chanel offers as I’m looking to get a bag from 22p when it releases and Tamsen (hope I spelt it correctly), he made me feel so comfortable and welcomed to the boutique.
