They take your Council Tax but offer a very poor service! In the past month our rubbish and garden waste has not been collected. The local HWRC is a profit center for the contractor, the lockdown closure was unjustified, unnecessary and resulted in a huge increase in fly tipping. The cleanup of the self inflicted mess will be profit for the contractor and total disregard for communal needs.
