They don’t seem to know what’s happening in their own office.
Impossible to speak to a human being. After having to listen to bilingual messages for the umpteenth time it then says to call back! Absolute disgrace WHAT AM I PAYING FOR definitely NOT customer service. No surprise at all that you have such negative feedback.

Bin man in Rossett was very rude. Refused to empty our bin as my husband was just putting it out when they were at our neighbours house as he said we were late. He was only a few feet away and my husband took it to the lorry but he still refused even though it was only 7.30am.
Absolutely shocking, the number and size of potholes in the Wrexham area is ridiculous. Report them and the report just gets closed. What is the point!

Credit where it is due…. The binmen have broken my recycle trolley bins three times. After complaining a gentleman from WCC turned up today and fixed them all. Hence a good review… Cheers guys!!
Brilliant council. If you ask for any kind of service what so ever, you dont get it.

Shockingly poorly organised. Went in to speak to someone and staff told me to return at 3pm. When I returned the staff member I needed to had gone home early. Paid £40 for documents, waited over a month to be told they don’t know where they are.
