The furniture is so good, and excellent value for money. But more than that, the service is exceptional. Kieran, Stephen and the team went above and beyond to get the sofa delivered to me within ONE HOUR! So refreshing to see there are still people and companies committed to customer service!

Barker and Stonehouse take your money saying an item is in stock but arranging delivery is a nightmare – still waiting several weeks later for the so called stock item to be delivered – because they use a third party delivery company who they don’t seem to have much control over or take responsibility for. In my opinion poor service!

I can’t believe how how the review score it – my experience was dreadful. Delivery takes months – they will argue that you were told and not really care that they can’t even give you a valid date. I was told my furniture was sitting on a boat somewhere – who knows where.
Do not buy from this shop! Bought a wall clock which wasn’t cheap and it is faulty. Keep promising a replacement has been sent but it still has not arrived. Keep getting different excuses. Refusing to give me refund.
