Had a few problems with the house recently and called Bernicia who fixed the problems swiftly everytime. Very good service.

So we had a Bernicia work crew outside our house and all day they just dumped their rubbish under the van and left it. Rang to complain and ask someone to clean it up and was told that it would be logged as feedback. I had to clean up after those scruffy planks! Clearly a crappy company with a bad attitude!

Bernicia advertising a job and the first page of application they ask for your National Insurance Number which is really not appropriate. It is an unsecure website page and if you provide the information this can leave you open for identity theft and other risks. Not good.

Even 1 star seems too much for them!!!! Wouldnt recomend anyone who is young or have any vunrability especially mental health, to have anything to do with bernicia. Nothing but bullies especially stewart attitude is rediculous

Because they are sorting mine and my brothers rent out the staff there are very friendly and treat you as a person and not like someone who rents one of there properties

Has to be the worst housing association ever my partner was ranked number one for a three bed house and when bidding closed they refused to give her the property even though she over crowded and was in the highest band for a house compete joke of a Company wouldn’t not recommend them to anyone

l think since bernicia took over it has gone down hill and they have spent to much tax payer money on buildings at the end of the spine road thet were not needed and when i ring for repairs it cost me £6 or more i pay rent so there should be a free phone

I am a tenant of Bernicia .They ok but sometimes problems take time to resolve.

Depends on who you see if you have problems about time they started to do jobs they have been saying they will do for the past 6 months instead of putting them back
