Absolutely rubbish. Was told that my council tax direct debit had been cancelled as I didn’t need it anymore, yet they attempted to take nearly £100 out of my account today. I had to cancel my direct debit manually to stop them. Often times very rude on the phone. The website is just shockingly bad

What a rigmarole just to speak to someone on the phone. Several pointless (at least to 99.9% of the community) automated messages, then a long wait time. The website looks like a child’s game. Have a council property

Rubbish for as long as I I lived in this area I have had trouble with this council loosening paperwork assessing claims wrong I have faced eviction because of lost paperwork and no help what so ever , paid council tax full amounts and yet still no help when it is needed
