Houses not fit for habitation. Full of damp/mould & Infestation. They never answer the phone. Their customer support team is a joke! Their rude and treat tenants like s**t!!! All they care about is money £££ (the rent) and nothing else.

It’s bad when you can’t get a phone number for the local office plus regenda are a waste of time they won’t even repair the fence that they have nocked down and it’s not theirs it’s private they expect us to pay for it it’s not on

Staff are brilliant and polite. But if your home is flooding or fence has blown three streets away it’s not classed as emergency job. Most job you will have to do your self and pay your self. Would only recommend if you couldn’t get another housing association or private rent

This is for the two maintenance lads from M&Y …Simon the boiler man but especially Jack the electrician who was the one to repair the fault through perseverance…was prepared to go the extra mile to get our heating and hot water back up and running….well done Jack…I hope you get this feedback

Local housing association with a huge interest in Fleetwood and district. Rents are low compared to private rentals. Housing standards and call out times are impressive. All round an association you’ld be happy to be part of. I’ll definitely be applying to join 😀 …
