Spoke to customer services on quite a few occasions over the years, they have always been extremely helpful and polite. From some of the negative comments on here, I suppose you may reap what you sow.

Disgusting service. Misleading parking signs and parking lot names in Bracknell Forest, council going for penalty fares. When pcn challenged completely ignored the facts of the challenge and rejected with a template explanation.

Getting anything from this council is like getting blood out of a stone. It’s a constant battle and it wears people down. Most staff in the customer service department are robotic and very obstructive.

The woman in revenue customer service is depressed she has a boring job hence why shes moody and has a rude attitude towards everyone calling in. You are not fit to work for the council!

Terrible customer service where they just talk to you with a bluntness that really means “I don’t care or have the time to speak to you, get on with it” then they promise and don’t deliver, these staff need serious customer service training

Just had one of their vans tailgating me down the M3 westbound with the driver clapping along to his music with no hands on the wheel at 70 mph. Typical of their staff I guess?
