Shoking ,Absolutely appalling service. It’s been 5 months that I requested for loft installation. 2 times rescheduled it , one time they cancelled it without letting me know. Impossible for me to access reception without a carer as a phone call is required to alert people you are there.
Ive been living with aspire for 6 years now! They have no respect and most have attitude problems. Most of the homes have terrible damp! I hate Renting from them!

After a dreadful experience of apparently helping my relative move from an existing Aspire home to another, i have come to the conclusion that this organisation couldn’t run a bath!
Just received a ‘complimentary’ water bottle, muffin, and a pen. Really? This has come out of my rent money. Shocking waste when people are struggling to pay their rent.
