No wonder the country is going to hell, the courts can’t be bothered to do anything. I guess the attitude must be “If we don’t answer phone calls or respond to emails then perhaps people will leave us alone. Who needs courts anyway- society will get along fine in anarchy”.

Monday to Friday 9-5pm apparent opening hours, yet I have tried to call various times from Monday to Friday between 9-5 yet no answer no answering machine just a dead line as far as I can see yet I need to speak to someone from this particular department in this borough. We have had some dealings with bromley magistrates court due to a parental order and helping a friend who was being prosecuted. We have been shocked by the poor, inefficient and antiquated systems in place. The management and systems need a proper overhaul and modernisation.

This doesn’t look like a court to me. It like a grave yard where you will be ringing the phone line for days and nobody bothered to pick up the phone. This is pathetic!!!!
Superb service .. staff are excellent.. incredibly polite and helpful.
A miserable depressing place with miserable, unhelpful and unco-operative staff who refuse to answer the telephone and take far too long to answer emails. And I only visited as an observer!
