It’s a magistrates court

Need to appeal something within 21 days but no one is picking up to help me! Absolutely ridiculous.

I have some important issues to deal with and yet you guys won’t even answer the phone ???? Absolute rubbish

No one picking the phone, rubbish service

You get to hear a message with lots of other phone numbers, then told to wait for an operator before the call ends. POOR.

No point of having an appointment as this doesn’t matter you will been seen hours after the time you were supposed to be. Staff downstairs ( surcerity staff) were friendly and helpful and the only ones that actually communicated with you.

Wouldn’t recommend going to court tbh. Rubbish day out and more expensive than Glastonbury. 0/5 if I could.

Disgraceful, waited 46 minutes , I was second in the queue , then the phone just rang. No one answered. The worst thing is that I am trying to correct something that the court has made a mistake . Given up after waiting another 17 minutes for someone to answer. I am trying to run a business.

When I ring the number it automatic hangs up I have things to enquiry about please is there an updated number available for single justice magistrates court ?

Every number you call gives you details of another number to call and then you can’t speak to anyone anyway to get any information.

Don’t even bother trying to call them

waited for ages and when my turn comes all i have is just a ringing tone and no one answer , how to find justice ?

What court doesn’t even answer the phone!!! Unbelievable
