A horrible housing association nothing gets done no matter how many you complain. Call back is apparently supposed to be in 24 hours. But two weeks later no call back yet. Charged for a service which is not there. But you have to pay it or it goes as a bad mark on your credit report.
Our restaurant is based at Greenfields, Leighton Buzzard, where we have been open since September 2016. The staff at Aldwych have been great to work with, friendly, efficient and professional at all times. The complex is building a lovely community feel, with the assistance of the Aldwych team. Well done!
As a member staff who work within the Grafton Group and fulfil Aldwyck’s orders. I find them helpful, polite and most importantly friendly. they are always trying to better the service level they provide by chasing orders, requesting faster deliveries and asking for alterative products when the requested is out of stock.

Service charges have gone up 50% in the last two years. Takes a long time for them to respond to repair requests. Communal areas are not maintained well and are consistently shabby and in need of repair. However, the staff there are all very nice.

Have been with aldwyck housing a year now and no problems at all very professional housing staff and repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively, cleaning is carried out weekly and if any problems arise there is a convenient number to ring in the lobby.Great housing association if you ask me.
