Very helpful administrative staff and very friendly nursing staff. Given the abuse of the NHS by the current government, they all deserve much better recognition, respect and reward. …
Very clean and organised. No one on reception which was a bit disappointing but signposted throughout the hospital to direct you to your destination. Staff friendly and approachable. Cafe on site. My appointed time ran over but this was due to technical issues.
Physio therapy staff are fantastic.
From reception right through to Nurses, all were welcoming. A shout out to Oscar my husbands therapist who put him at ease.
I recently had minor surgery for Basal cell Carcinoma. I was seen on time, in and out within an hour. All staff very helpful and efficient. Everything explained and facial wound healed well. Thanks to all.

My father has been on ward C3 for the last week. The staff were polite and friendly, happy to help and made my father feel at ease.
The lack of reception for the hospital is a downside as is the lack of shop. You can buy some things at a newsagents a couple of minutes walk down the road.
Everytime my partner Lee Blenkin tried to phone he got told to leave a message but he can’t because the answering machine is full

This is the second time I have been referred to this hospital and I’m delighted to say their standards haven’t slipped. Nice people working quickly and efficiently. What more can you ask.
Visited the hospital today with my 89 year old Auntie for a scan and xrays. Everyone that we came across treated her with respect and outstanding care. I felt comfortable letting them take her away to provide treatment. They all looked after her in a professional yet caring way.
I went for MRI on 23rd May ,I was so impressed by the kind and professional staff, they made me comfortable and at ease. I was amazed to get the results from my GP the following day. Superb treatment
Took my wife in for knee replacement surgery. Parking for her covid test prior to this was horrendous. Going back there to pick her up when she was discharged was a long wait leading up to it, but totally understandable. All doctors and …
I have worked and seen how the patients are treated here. Majority of patients are very happy with their treatment and give good feedback. This is one of the best hospitals in leeds and the positive reviews and experience really reflects this.
Been going to a few different departments but mainley dermotology since i was a teenager i feel so lucky to have such an awesome team involved in my care and treatment
Been to this lovely little hospital today. Staff and nurses are so kind generally so caring shame about the consultants/surgeons. Leaving patients in debilitating pain to walk out of the building and not care one bit. Nurses who really care showed kindness so would like to thank them.
Just been for my injection . Was given my injection by Jenny first time I have met this wonderful lady . IAM leaving a review because this was the less painful Injectjon I have ever had . Thanks Jenny keep up the good work .
She knows how to make you relax and very clear understanding .
Doesn’t anyone answer the phones in rheumatology? 3 days I’ve been ringing and ringing and ringing.
I’m absolutely fed up.
I’m puzzled as to why the Rheumatology helpline have only returned my calls twice in the last 3 years. Since Christmas I’ve made 4 calls to them and none have been returned. …

I visited Chapel Allerton hospital today as I was unable to get a G.P appointment (5.30pm) and in alot of pain due to an abscess on my toe. Although this hospital doesn’t have an A&E dept, I was told they don’t have the ‘facilities’ and …
Had a hip replacement last year and this year a knee replacement, both to right leg. Chapel Allerton has to be the best. Brilliant, caring, helpful staff, always there when needed. Excellent after care. Top marks from me.
Why I like this hospital is because they have done a operation to straighten my foot about a. Year ago. Then I went back in may and said my toes were cramping which they knew about with me been in a road accident when I was 13. But now they …

Went with my husband today for injection in his wrist, an mentioned to the nurse that I was back on Friday for an MRI scan she went away and came back and said if I didn’t mind waiting 45 mins they would do scan today. Thank you so much to all the staff in X-ray department for all your help.
I’ve went to the Chapel Allerton physio department several times for rehab and my physiotherapist (Rob) was amazing. He explained the physiological aspects to me in an understandable way, and really helped my shoulder recover.
Good quick service , staff are nice and qualified
We visited a friend who was in the hospital. We travelled from hull. There was ample car parking and the charges were reasonable. The hospital was clean and the staff were very helpful. Other hospitals need to see these standards.
What pleasant staff in ultra sound scanning and consultant Dr Gupta. Shame car parking doesn’t match rest of the hospital’s standards
Just had an.operation on Tuesday all the staff were friendly welcoming made you feel feel at ease and safe many thanks to everyone NHS gets some bad reviews but not chapel Allerton well done! !!
I am a Rheumatology patient and Orthopaedic patient here. I have the utmost respect for the quality of my visits, with top Consultant’s, they are all brilliant in the field of work. …
Extremely poor answering service in the Orthopaedics dept been trying every 15 minutes all day & yesterday but still 19th in the queue, no matter what day or time I ring I’m 19th in the queue. Is this a coincidence?
Clean loos helpful staff. Healthy spacing inside clinic and short wait time. Car parking problematic
You can never get a drink!
Good little hospital, Blood service not usually open on Public Holidays. Nurses in Dermatology are great . Parking expensive 🙁
Visited recently for rheumatology appt.. I have a somewhat rare and unusual condition and have suffered badly at the hands of doctors in the past as they simply don’t understand my condition.. This place was different.. Again my condition …
The two star rating is for the car park….chaos! Make sure you get here early for your appointment!
I was treated with kindness and respect in the dermatology department .Dr. Somer and her staff were ‘top class’ . Thank you !

Easily the best hospital I have been in.. Efficient, very friendly , caring, very supportive, we’ll run, considerate and understanding.
Difficult parking in a convenient location. Lots of specialised services normally found only in larger hospitals. Get the parking right it will be 5 star.
The staff at Chapel Allerton Hospital cant be helpful enough. Well organized, clean, pleasant environment.
Brilliant walk in X Ray service. Referred by my GP yesterday. Walked in this morning at 9:30am seen to & walked out at 9:40. How’s that for service.
