Incredibly compassionate, hard working, caring, amazing staff in the palliative care suite on Colmer Ward. Domestic staff, Reception Clerk, HCA, Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Doctors, volunteers are all heaven sent. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for giving my Mum (Pauline Chandler) such care & humour in her last week xxxx

Great team, especially the female nurse on staff yesterday in minor injuries. Seen to quick and got the medication within the hour from my pharmacy.
Good manner too

Took my 4 year old following a nasty bump to back of head. It was very quiet and we were in and out in no time. The nurse that saw Josh was lovely she made him laugh and made sure he had a positive experience.

Nothing but praise for the minor injuries unit: the receptionist in the actual unit could not be more caring and helpful, the same as the nurses: calming, professional and totally competent. A model for how such medical units should be. BMC Ammonite – please take lessons.

Had to get an x ray done. Easy to find & free parking. Pleasant environment with great, friendly, efficient staff.

I attended the Minor injuries unit today and I was treated and on my way in 45 minutes and that included an X-ray. The staff were kind and professional and my experience as a newcomer to the area was brilliant . Cant thank the staff enough.

I fell off my bike yesterday and went to the unit to have my wrist looked at.
They were excellent. I was seen quickly and x rayed and plastered immediately?

I was on holiday in west bay I began to feel poorly, went to this hospital , they were very efficient, and deal with my infection with antibiotics, can’t praise them enough thank you

A superb local hospital. Had a choice of a few for recent treatment and it was a great choice. Lots of parking all of which is free, not super busy so appointment was on time and staff were amazing.

I fell – just before my 80th Birthday – and needed stiches in my head. Beautiful, kind and very thorough service from our gem of a hospital.

After nearly 2 months of waiting for a supposed “urgent” appointment I am told on arrival they cancelled it and failed to let me know. This appointment was vital and they failed me.

I was on holiday in this area when I cut my thumb. The nurse was very kind and I was seen very quickly.
