Appalling service and will wriggle out of any responsibility to maintain their properties and don’t make their tenants responsible either!

Hi, I would like to know when you’d change a front door, if it is cracked and the you can’t close the door unless you lift the handle up my young grandson has nearly got out. I have been told that you will only change the door if it is hanging off its hinges. Is this true?

yesterday I picked up the keys, a very polite employee, the lady was very happy with my house 🙂 nice atmosphere. she had a lot of time to explain everything to us. thank you

quality of doors and In side is awful old bits of wood for doors cheap and nasty pipes not blocked in

Tried ringing several times , most probably having a lie in , what with working from, home if they can answer the phone at the office, why can’t they answer it from home, could be there having a day off , with England losing.

I have been a tenant nearly 7 years.
I have no complaints, they are efficient, professional and always deal with all repairs promptly.

Impossible to get hold of, a nightmare to get the correct department. Absolutely frustrating.
