Landlords beware. Torbay council have a very aggressive attitude without any concerns for private landlords. Be aware that when it comes to renting your house to help releve the shortfall in council owned properties, the council do not look upon you with anything but contempt

This council are the biggest waste of time, no one answers phones, emails replied with unrelated content. New bins never arrive. Waste collections missed, roadside, greens and walkways left then cut znd strewn across pathways. The nicest member of staff I’ve ever come across is the guy emptying the dog waste bins

Just want to say thank you to the lovely women who work at Torbay registry office. My son needed a replacement birth certificate to get emergency documents for his very sick child.
