Lots of promises as to what there doing for pensioners but very little to show in the way of results. Once they have membership fee they simply don’t respond to enquires! Apart from a magazine full of junk mail you never hear from them. Is …

CSPA really helped me when I had problems with finalising my Mum’s pension. They are campaigning for issues that impact pensioners right now. Good member benefits too including travel insurance.

The CSPA has successfully taken up cases for its members with the Cabinet Office, and is the only organisation recognised by them to represent pensioners.
