Write a ReviewThey found a legal way to rob people of their money. They have increased the rental prices so significantly and cannot reasonably explain why. The people who work there have no idea about their job. Communicating with them is a waste of time because these people do not understand what you are saying to them.
No heating for 3 months now. They don’t care just keep telling me to wait for a repair date. I’ve been waiting 3 months! 3 children in the property. It’s disgusting. Think I will hold back 3 months worth of rent, see how quickly that gets their arses into gear!
No one ever returns your calls after leaving 6 messages and 6 promises, nothing.

I live in sheltered housing due to illness and disability there is a group of residents who object to me being in public areas they put in a false complaint against me saying I let doors slam and have loud phone conversations late at night …
Workers let themselves into your home or property with no permission to access. I have animals and children I had no contact about them needing to access my property to paint and gates left wide open no knock to ask to enter the garden aria …
Unless you can use a phone they don’t want to know ! They never reply to emails or facebook messages. Been trying for TWO WEEKS … nothing … I’m partly deaf so can’t use a phone I can’t waste money going to their office!
What makes it more stupid is it’s about an email THEY sent me !
Phoned at 9 to report my toilet was constantly refilling. By 9:30 kier were outside. 15 mins later all sorted.
Trying to use the LHP website is a nightmare. The online form for reporting faults does not work. Desperately needs redesigning.
2 members of staff have made my life miserable. I have been lied too, rent payments have gone missing. I have been bullied and continue to be discriminated against. If you have a choice do not enter any contract with these #$$#$.

Extremely poor customer service. You have to wait at least 30 mins to be conected to someone.

Some workers are really cool do a starwork job but others their attitude leaves a lot to be desired they do not listen to you at all shame you are not allowed to get your own workers in
My 80year old dads roof is leaking been told it will be repaired on monday even though its Saturday and its been raining all day and the forcast for tomorrow is rain
Until Covid19 arrived they got things done , but since then we have had to wait and are still waiting for the hall stairs and landing to be plastered
And 99% of them park like idiots
They don’t hang about when it comes to repairs , but the cuts have hit them same as everyone
I’ve just phoned mayflower up about the calender showing the wrong colour for the bins each week and they don’t seem to care why do we pay council tax for!!!!
