The service of clear score is absolutely useless, They provide incorrect data. No phone support at all, their website is very confusing. Even when Equifax have the right information about you, they still have the wrong information about you, 6 months have gone by still old information.

ClearScore is a greats service that helps you understand your credit score and what you’ve spent your money on. They give you tips on how to improve your score and alert you immediately if there are any changes to your account or credit. Everyone should sign up.

No response to emails about inaccurate data in account after a month. ClearScore should have their customers interests at heart and at the very least reply to requests. Will have no choice but to report to ICO and I would advise any other users facing same issues to also report.

Seem to be very slow to update compared to the other free credit score companies. I’ve moved addresses several times and always update my banks and electoral roles however it still shows my old address on my credit report, even though all the other ones have updated.
