I had to visit Colchester A & E yesterday and although it was very busy the staff were very attentive to everyone. They were rushing round to make sure every patient was seen regularly and not once did I hear the staff complain. Thank you all for your help. You do an amazing job under difficult circumstances. 👏 …

Another fantastic hospital experience at this hospital today! No one likes to go, however all the team on the Elmstead day unit made my daughters first surgery experience a positive one. Thank you so much for everything!!

Care for a very small child when it was urgently needed was fast, respectful and appropriate. What a relief, no arguments, no rejection. Completely different from all the hurdles and hoops associated with GP surgeries where receptionists fiercely try to deflect patients, if you can even get a response in the first place.
