Utter shambles of a company, they will lie thorough their teeth, and conveniently loose paper trails especially if they owe you money.
They do not care for their residents, and are soo unhelpful it is unbelievable, my advice is to steer clear at all costs.

After my family was left homeless by a private landlord just after Christmas last year Cottsway have been great. The house is lovely and any work that needs doing is normally prompt. Is nice after waiting an average of 8 months for our private landlord to do anything! Can’t fault them, staff are always polite and helpful.

Housing department is nothing but useless.
Housing officers are untrained and not willing to understand disabilities or restrictions you or I might face on a daily basis with mental health issues.

Nice to see they had taken my previous advice about the disabled loo and all the bins, but still too many to get to the hand dryer. Just wish people would invest or borrow a wheelchair and try disabled toilets out for themselves, they might then realise the difficulty.

A great example of an organisation which covers too large an area and does not have the staff to keep up with any issues or concerns that residents have. If anything, they seem to go out of their way to make the simplest of solutions a difficulty or an obstruction.

Literally cannot fault them, they are always extremely helpful, whether it’s a maintenance issue or a general enquiry. They are always polite, courteous and treat you with complete respect. Best association by far.
