It’s hard enough being a council tenant, however if you have anything that breaks down in a cross keys home you have to take a whole day off to wait for an engineer to come at any time of the day (despite advising you work part time). Our repair wont be until 7th Jan now – very helpful. Perhaps I am better off jobless….!

Nice new offices of Crosskey Homes makes for a much nicer environment. They welcome drop ins so you don’t have to make an appointment and they open early at 8.30am in the morning and offer specialist advice drop-in sessions on shared ownership and leaseholds.

Don’t understand how you phoned my brother up for a property he bidded on was told on the phone to be there at 10am to turn up 10minutes early to say the viewing started at 9.30 and the house has already gone, How is that a fair system.

I was in need of an emergency repair service had to wait on the phone for 35min when suddenly a they said that this number is temporarily unavailable and hung up, tried again waited another 30min still nothing and there was a major leak in the property, unsatisfied and deeply disappointed…
