It’s hard enough being a council tenant, however if you have anything that breaks down in a cross keys home you have to take a whole day off to wait for an engineer to come at any time of the day (despite advising you work part time). Nice new offices of Crosskey Homes makes for a much nicer environment. They welcome drop ins so you don’t have to make an appointment and they open early at 8.30am in the morning and offer specialist advice drop-in sessions on shared ownership and leaseholds.

Terrible housing association! Don’t seem to investigate anti social complaints. Don’t care about what’s going on in my flat they ignore emails and they make things worser for people by not investigating complaints. Customer services are not helpful either. Would advise you to look elsewhere.
