Worse than useless. Waste of time when it comes to repairs. Think if your female you don’t know what needs repairing in your house. Well just wait cos next time I’m makin sure I’m home and not at work (as a builder) so I know exactly what’s wrong with the property. And look out cos your havin it!

Report multiple issues over the past year and many haven’t been resolved. Constantly failing to turn up to appointments. Constantly finding contractors performing cowboy fixes. Constantly complaining about all these failings and Bromford pretty much just shrug it off. Avoid Bromford at all costs.

Black mould in downstairs bathroom and front door I am trying to get rid of it so much I cannot concentrate on cleaning anything else I have bad c,o,p,d from it and it won’t go away it it is only getting worse and i cannot clean it fast enough my breathing is bad.

Useless!!! Our radiators leak causing our expensive laminate flooring and skirting boards to be ruined! They don’t seem bothered about replacing the radiators at all. They just pass it to useless tomlinsons who then pass it back to bromford. Why should I make my house nice and spend money on it for them not too?!

Supposed to be ca caring housing association what rubbish,we live in shared ownership and they have put the rent up 50 pounds a month and they dont even have to carry out repairs to the property,We have to pay for everything while we pay for there half of the house,caring more like money grabbing.

Clean, friendly and good location

On shared ownership with bromford do not recommend them they don’t care about us hard workers. when they do fix things it’s on the cheap eg replace brown window handles with brass never had a working light by the front door they care about the people on the dole and druggies can’t do enough for them!

Bromford house dangerous violent MAPPAS and sex offenders within family streets.
Yvonne o Grady , Jayne corns , Kerry Anne Rowe , Emily Oswald all lied to police , Bromford residents , local councilors and ignored, disposed of evidence of drugs and violence by a known offender in order to protect their careers.
This has caused 4 police incidents and 2 suicide attempts in our street.
Only due to access of inside information and community members doing subject access requests on Bromford housing These ppl are now facing prosecution and the “protected spieces” now targeted by local vigilante groups.
