Very reluctant to pay out for any claims. Very disappointing service, I would strongly encourage all bike owners to NOT insure with Cycleguard as they will try to use any trick in the book to ensure that they won’t pay for your loss.

Really poor service received by Cycleguard, made a claim after my bike was stolen from a locked shed took 2 weeks to get a response from them regarding the claim and they rejected it. Waste of money.

They simply won’t pay you out regardless of your circumstance. Avoid at all costs they’re a scam.
