Write a Review50 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call to Call Derbyshire, regarding an urgent care assessment for a vulnerable adult. I can’t fault the person who answered, but it is the system I have given 1 star for; is not for for purpose.
Sockin service for replying or even answering emails
I cant praise these guys enough! They are all very friendly and exceptionally helpful! I was surprised to see only 2 stars!!! Every time I have called it has been the same, regardless who I have spoken to.

The job application process does not save your details so you have to keep re entering information. Other councils have a better system
