Wish I could give minus stars. Do not EVER work for this “authority”. They will lie to you, they are incredibly badly managed, the leadership deliberately break the law to benefit their mates financially, and they will try to rob you of your final pay. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional service. The people working there do not respect their residents and do not support them at all! At the top of that they are quite abrupt for no reason, from my personal experience!

Had no empathy about my housing situation. Referalls have been made from heath professionals and social services yet they deny these were ever made even though they have been. Kept blabbing about housing application had no interest in helping me at all.

Fostering department is bureaucratic and unethical in their processes, which as a result puts off genuine people wanting to help.

This lot almost killed me so having them investigated by local government ombudsman. Read all about it in the media they want to see what happens to the officially researched worst council in the uk.

I don’t have anything nice to say about this council.
