Once I got through to the correct person, they were quite quick in sorting out the problem.
Just a shame they never responded to the 5 emails sent over the course of a week and it took having to ring them and get put through 4 different people to get the right person.

Never felt so let down. Never answer phones… Passed on to by car insurance to deal with liability dispute, 2 years later still having to call to sort things out. Avoid covea insurance and these guys at all cost. Morally and professionally incompetent.

Absolute joke, dealt with a young lad called Jack, sets me up a payment plan then doesn’t honour it. Offered to pay £650 a month on a £1,300 arrear and its apparently not good enough
