Scammers!!! Avoid at all costs. Prey on the elderly and vulnerable. £400+ taken from my elderly mother’s account without her knowledge. Only discovered when a box of books turned up that she didn’t order! Have promised refunds but still waiting weeks later. Despicable. How are they allowed to trade??
I’d advise you to steer well clear, this Company took £185.00 from my elderly Mother in Law without her consent. Getting refunded is challenging. Avoid
Easylife sell your information. You will get a call off a scam company telling you about your order with Easylife and then they try and con you out of £23.99 a month. Shame on you.
An entry has appeared on my credit card 29/09/22 RECURRENT TRANSACTION KENT EASYLIFE £77. I did not authorise this and the Co. have misused my held credit card details. This is a regular practice targeting the elderly.
The product is fabulous, however they need to change their courier hermes, they delivered ours to totally wrong address which was 4 miles away, unoccupied and. The courier fraudulently signed my wife’s name as receiving it, and photographed it at a different property. Hermes don’t want to know about it.
