We have had a mortgage and savings with Ecology for years, which have all been good. We passed through Silsden on a boat, so we walked up to the building to have a look. A kind woman saw us and opened the door, offered to show us the excellent new building and we were made very welcome.

Quality, honest banking business. Great to talk to real humans. Been with them for many years. Able to cope with self build and quirky building, unlike main stream.

A really beautiful sustainable building, with a green roof, solar panels and a staff veg garden. Dunno what they’re like as a building society, but they definitely put their money where their mouth is in terms of their ethics.

We have used Ecology BS for a self build project and their efficiency is second to none. Informative, flexible and responsive. Couldn’t fault them.
