If I could give 0 I would. The customer service here is a joke I’ve had over $1000 taken from my account and all I was met with was hostility and incredibly rude people who don’t want to help. Do yourself a favor and bank literally anywhere else in the world this company needs to go

I have banked with these folks for over 20 years. And every year the customer service is below average. I was even given a business card by one of the managers about an I.T. and several voicemail messages and not a single response. They just lost another customer.
Don’t bother going or getting this bank. They’re baking system is stuck in the 90’s & ATMS RARELY work. Deposits will NEVER be taken at the ATM.

Literally the worst credit union in Colorado. And the app is absolutely horrible.
Complete waste of time, I tried to open an account at the Evans location and they gave me the run-around, I wasted at least an hour of my time in the process. The only thing I can attribute it to is RACIAL PROFILING. I was born and raised in Denver and I believed I was racially profiled as a Mexican immigrant.
Pick any other branch when dealing with cash, trust me. This place makes me what a whole new bank all together.

For a “local, member owned” institution, tons of problems. Namely 2+ weeks to get a release of lien is unacceptable – especially from a “local” credit union.
EDIT: Actually, lien release took over 4 weeks.

Not open when they are supposed to be and they just stare at you instead of coming to the Door and explaining why their doors are locked at 10:39 am on a Tuesday!
They don’t have initiation to help people during covd.19 even after they open bank they don’t let rest room for customer.
